Demonstration of the making of large, whole plywood sheets sized individual and group linocut prints with the help of a road compacter. This exciting event goes on all day of the Fort St. John's BRIGHT LIGHTS IN JUNE celebration.

Works on display will include ceramic sculpture, original hand-pulled prints using a variety of processes and abstracted acrylic paintings.

CRITTERS: Celebrating wild and domestic critters found in the North Peace Region

Donna will share printmaking tips that she learned while attending a workshop in London last summer.

This is the First Annual Print Arts North exhibition.
This show features original, hand-pulled framed, bagged and matted mini prints, no larger than 12" x 12". Look for examples of a wide variety of processes, such as lino-cuts and wood block prints, cyanotypes, mono-prints, etchings, lithographs and more. Print Artists North is fast becoming the Northern Hub of printmaking.

Original prints and acrylic paintings created within the past year are showcased. These works echo and compliment each other in composition, seasons and colour palettes.

This exhibition features both original Cyanotypes and Watercolour Batiks, highlighting plants and animals of the Peace Region.

Steam roller printmaking of close to door sized wood block prints takes place throughout the day as well as display and sale of small original prints. The public may participate in some printmaking such as mono-prints and linocuts..
